Today Chuck Hufstetler, Republican candidate for Georgia State Senate, endorsed the Georgia Right to Life Personhood Amendment.

The Georgia Personhood Amendment states, “Shall the Constitution of Georgia shall be amended so as to provide that the paramount right to life is vested in each innocent human being from the moment of creation through natural death without regard to age, race, sex, health, function, or condition of dependency?” This non-binding ballot question will be on all Republican primary ballots in each of the 159 counties.

“I am proud to endorse the Georgia Personhood Amendment and encourage all Republican primary voters to vote ‘yes’ on this ballot question. Additionally, I will support this amendment as a state Senator. We must do all we can to protect innocent life from conception to natural death. I have been a long time supporter of protecting life, from being a member of Georgia Right to Life to supporting the Rome Pregnancy Center,” stated Hufstetler.
